Foamy urine usually is not an indicator of anything being wrong. Urinating quickly or being slightly dehydrated can make urine more concentrated and come out foamy. However, this should not occur persistantly. If it becomes commonplace over time, it could mean that there is too much protein in urine. Too much protein could signal a kidney problem.

Not every foam is related to something, if dissapear after urinating it doesn´t mean anything. But if it continue then is a patological sign. Basicaly it means that your kidney is filtrating proteins, which is a sign that your kidney is not working as it should. It can be a sign that is part of a state called Nephrotic syndrome.

Foam in the urine does not necessarily mean anything is wrong. If the urine is foamy coupled with other obvious irregularities, you should notify your physician.

You could be slightly dehydrated. It is possible that it is a kidney problem if this foam persists over time. It could be too much protein in the urine.

Foam in the urine can be an indication of something wrong with the kidneys. Have you had your urine analyzed? If so, and if the tests came back normal, then there is likely nothing more to be concerned about. If not, and especially if this has been going on for awhile, you need to have a medical evaluation.

Occasional foamy urine is not a matter of concern but if it occurs repeatedly, it may be due to an excess of protein in the urine indicating kidney problem.
