Aspercreme (Trolamine Salicylate) is a topical ointment used to relieve minor aches and pain of the muscles and joints. It is available over the counter, reasonably priced, and most people find it to be quite effective. You are able to rub the creme directly over the area that is causing you discomfort and it will provide relief immediately.

Aspecreme does help the pain from arthritis. But is also helps other symtoms. When you buy a box with the creme in it, read the section "what its good for" this will give you some idea how to use. This creme does not make arthritis go away. There are other cremes that are better for you. Ask your doctor.

Aspercreme is a topical agent that relieves pain on the site where it is applied. It will probably help with arthritis, but will not fully ease the pain. It would be helpful if the pain was in your fingers or somewhere close to the surface of your skin.

This product claims to be "clinically proven for minor arthritis, joint & muscle pain relief". And while it may very well work just remember who probably paid for the clinical research that got those results.
