What do you use to seal a leaky shower door?

The water pools along one side of the bottom of the door.

First you need to scrape away the old caulking around the area you need to repair. Clean the area well to ensure no mildew will grow in the area after repair. Apply caulking to faulty area and allow to dry.

I would rehang the shower doors. Otherwise I would try and get a new shower door, because there is not really anything that you can do to keep the water from making a puddle. You might want to try and figure out exactly where it is leaking. You may also need some kind of a lip to keep water in.
