It depends on how sure you are and how willing to violate her trust you are. Checking e-mail accounts and cell phone records is always a good start. Verifying that they actually are on trips or working late by "surprising" them is a good innocent way to check. Though expensive, a private investigator is always a solid way.

You need to find out for sure if she IS cheating on you. You could hire a private detective to follow her. Check her emails. Check her credit card statements.
