White stretch marks is just where your skin has stretch from gaining weight so fast or it could be from pregancy, gaining weight through your tummy.No it is not that they are newer.

White stretch marks are white lines which are seen on the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, breast and upper arms. Generally it is harmless.
