Banana Peppers are very easy to grow and maintain. First, make sure that the banana pepper gets plenty of sunlight each day (at least eight hours). Second, keep the soil moist, but do not over water (unless you are planting the pepper in-ground). Additionally, it is very important that the plant to have proper drainage.

Banana peppers are easy to grow. I usually start from a mature plant from the nursery. They like plenty of sun, good drainage and water everyday. This not mean you should soak, unless the weather is very hot.
