A cyst can be a serious infection. You should take your rabbit to the vet, as they may want to drain and sterilize it, and perhaps even do a biopsy.

You have to take your rabbit to a Vet right away. They may do a biopsy on the cyst or the area could actually be an abcess. The vet can and may remove it.

There is nothing as a pet owner that you can do to make it go away. You should ultimately have it checked out by a professional vet, but if that is not an option make sure your rabbit has a good variety of foods to eat, which can help.
