What counts as your 54 oz of water a day?

I am trying to drink the 64 oz of water a day.

Pretty much most of the liquids you drink, but do not count liquids that have caffeine as caffeine acts as a diruetic and you lose more water than you gain.

When trying to drink your 64 oz of water per day, nothing can compare with just drinking plain water. If drinking plain water is challenging for you, it is ok to also drink diluted fruit juice or other natural flavorings, but try to stick with regular water. It is best.

Everything counts toward your per day water intake. Water in juice, coffee, food, fruit, etc. The only thing you have to remember is that some liquids are also dehydrating. Coffee,etc. can be counted but "discount" the amount you are getting. Remember to measure the water you drink as most people realize the amount of one oz.
