Mold occurs naturally. If there is white mold on your blueberries, then throw them away; it is too late to eat them. They will not be tasty. Next time, buy a smaller amount or freeze some of them. You can also return them to the store if they have mold on them right away when you bring them home.

Mold is actually nothing more than a fungus infection, something which only needs to have a single spore present in the environment in contact with a medium which is rich in nutrients. When we consider blueberries as one of those nutrient-rich media, then if a single spore gets in there you will have white mold on them.

The blueberries have been stored too long. If you want to keep them for a long period of time without the mold, try freezing them. Otherwise, they are going to mold after a while, even if you keep them in the fridge. Don't eat them after they start to mold.
