What could be wrong with my dog if he is drooling a lot and has lost weight?

While drooling can be normal for a number of breeds of dogs, losing a lot of weight is a serious symptom in any dog. This is the time to take your dog to the veterinarian. Your dog could be having organ diseases, cancer, a tooth root abscess, or could have eaten something poisonous. Only a vet can diagnose your dog.

Excessive weight loss and drooling could mean something is wrong with your dog's stomach or maybe even a dental problem and the best idea would be a trip to the vet to get a more pin pointed answer.

Your dog could be dehydrated, or your dog could be sick. It is best to have a vet check your dog out to see either way.
