What could be wrong with my cat if she is vomiting and has blood in her urine?

It might be a pretty serious kidney infection or injury. In any case, you should take her to the vet immediately, vomiting for that long is pretty dangerous for cats.

Sounds serious. Vomiting could be pain and bloody urine could be a GI or kidney issue. Please get your cat to a vet or emergency clinic ASAP.

Vomiting and bloody urine are signs of possible diseases like salmonella and warfarin poisoning. These diseases can be caused by the cat ingeasting any rodents, which might have previously eaten warfarin poison. You should seek out vetrinary help immediatley, as these diseases are life threatening.

This happened to my cat a few months ago. We took her to the vet and they didn't really know what was wrong. All they could assume is that she has Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She has been on a steroid for it and the symptoms went away.

You're about 12 hours past "Take me to the vet"!! By now she's dehydrated. She has either eaten something like a bone or toxic, or she is suffering from an illness. Vomiting you can watch or wait, but not blood. If this was you, you would've gone to the emergency room- she depends on YOU to do that for HER.

Blood in the urine signals a urinary tract infection, and this can be very serious if left untreated. Crystals form and then can't get out, and it blocks everything else from getting out as well. When this happens your cat needs surgery to remove the crystals. Take the cat to the vet immediately.

Your cat might be suffer of a infection desies like Upper Respiratory disease Complex or Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. Take her to the vet for care immediately or phone a vet for advice. Do not give human meds to cats. (The blood in her urine might be from a hard crash or something like that)
