The most common cause of burning with urination, or pyuria, is a urinary tract infection. Other causes include: a sexually-transmitted infection, urethritis (inflammation of the urethra), or even overly concentrated urine. A further cause of pyuria, is skin irritation in the genital area caused by skin rash, infection, or mechanical irritation of the area.

It is possible that you have a urinary tract infection for which a physician would have to prescribe antibiotics. If left untreated a urinary tract infection could cause kidney damage and widespread infection. Therefore it is important to take antibiotics exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

I think it might be something wrong with your urinary bladder, maybe some infection or cystitis. Drink a lot of water, remember about hygiene and go to a doctor and check it.
