In some women they can become nauseous or get headaches during their periods. It could be that you are just naturally developing a tendacy to become sick during your periods. Also, it could be something more serious involving the way you ovulate with the tubes tied. You should see a doctor.

Sickness during your period could be the result of a virus, the flu or some other bug in which you have caught. You could also have a tubal pregnancy, however if you have gotten your period the chances of you being pregnant are slim. I would lean more towards a virus.

Though your tubes are tied, if you still ahve your ovaries in tact then you are still secreting powerful hormones during menstruation. Some women find that this makes them feel ill--almost like morning sickness. Talk to your doctor and see if taking the pill or some other hormone therapy might help.

It could be a hormonal issue. Though your tubes have been tied, it does not affect the changes in hormone levels during our menstrual cycle. If it is severe and effecting your quality of life, see a doctor.
