This could be a sign of carpal tunnel syndrome, if you have the tingling by your elbow. It could be caused by shoulder over use or a pinched nerve.

This could be extremely serious, as this is actually a sign of a potential heart attack, or heart problems. You should immediately go to your doctor or emergency. You might have also sprained it, but I would be very concerned.

This could possibly be a nerve related issue. You may want to see a doctor if the tingling changes to burning or a numbing sensation.

Tingling in an extremity, such as an arm, is usually a sign of a neurological problem. This could be something relatively minor, or it could be a sign of a pinched nerve. If it does not go away soon, you should be examined by a doctor.

Could have damaged a nerve or have a circulation problem. Also things like carpal tunnel syndrome can cause tingling. Best to have a doctor check it out.

Many people say that the left arm tingling and the taste of copper are signs of a stroke, but I doubt that this is your case due to the extended amount of time. It's probably just poor circulation.
