What could be the cause of an ear ache associated with a headache?

There could be several reasons that you have both ear pain and a head ache. One, It could be a sinus infection. Two, it could mean that you have a bad tooth, especially wisdom teeth. Three, it could mean that you have ear infection. Or it could be the flu.

It can bereferred pain which gives you sensation of ear ache when you are having heada ache. The head ache and ear ache are caused due to different problems.
