What could be causing my dog's face to be puffy?

She seems fine otherwise and does not seem to be in pain.

An allergic reaction can cause a dog's face to swell and be puffy. Check to see if your dog has eaten or chewed on anything that is unusual. A new toy with a different type of material that you have never given to your dog may be part of the problems.

Your dog may have been bitten by a bee or a wasp. This could cause an allergic reaction which results in a puffy face. Try giving the dog some Benadryl to see if the puffiness goes away. If not, call your vet and ask about other allergies.

She my be having a allergic reaction to something she got into and until its out of her system or she may have eaten something that didn't totally agree with her system so she is reacting to it and that will take care of itself in time as well the waiting is the hard part.

Your dog may be suffering from something as simple as a cracked tooth or something as nasty as an infection. Your best bet is benadryl and a vet.

Could have been stung by a bee, wasp or hornet. If so take it to the vet to get checked out and to get the stinger removed also, then follow vet's direction.
