If the wet floorboard is on the passenger side in the front, it is likely caused by a leaking heater core, the element that creates the heat for the vehicle. It could also be a leaky windshield, especially if it is on the driver's side. If it is not in the front, it is probably a leaky window.

More than likely, condensation from your air conditioner. Your floorboard should have a drain tube, and they frequently become clogged. It should be very cheap to have a mechanic put it on the lift and blow out the tube.

Chances are the undercarriage of the van is cracked somewhere. Wetness would indicate that during driving water got in through the crack. Be careful as mold may develop soon after.

The most common cause is a leaky window, a door that is not shut completely, or a hole on the floor.

It could either be a leaking seal or your a/c drain could be clogged. Check your seals and make sure the condenser drain is clear.

It could be caused by having a whole in your floor and through that hole it's entering water from outside the car.

The most important first step is to determine where the water is coming from. It may be a leak coming from improper sealing - perhaps around the windows, or the body itself. Another possibility could be condensation from a component in the air conditioning system. Does the wet floorboard occurr only in wet, rainy weather?
