Burning sensation in the uterus is common in bladder infections. You should definitely see a doctor immediately to prevent any further pain or discomfort. It is dangerous if it is an infection to let it grow.

It is hard to say what could cause pain in that area. It could just be menstruation, or a minor infection, or it could be serious. Call your local county clinic, it's probably free, to get an appointment to get it taken care of.
