Blue eyes look wonderful surrounded by light slivers and soft blues. If you really want them to look nice use a navy eye liner pencil instead of the traditional black. For a bit bolder statement, put a dark blue at the bottom of the eye lid, and have it fade off into a pale blue-silver shadow.

If you are going dramatic with color, try a purple to make your blue eyes pop. If you are going more neutral, I would stay in the bronze family. Avoid wearing blue eyeshadow as it won't make your eyes stand out. Also, if bronze is too dark for daytime for you, try going with more of a gold color.

Browns, greys and purples look good on blue eyes. If you really want to make them pop, go with a purple. I have blue eyes and like to use brown or silver but with green eyeliner.
