Red itchy palms may be due to a chemical allergy or soap allergy. If you are prone to attack by chemicals, it may be a reason for this. There are very few chances for fungal attack on palms. Wash your palms with medicated solutions regularly to get rid of these infections.

It is probably an allergic reaction. Determining the cause may be difficult, if you have changed anything from handsoaps to laundry detergents, that could be the culprit. Hydrocortisone could help.

There are many reasons this can happen. Sometimes it's as simple as somthing you are commong in conact with. This could be a soap, somthing at work, or at home. However, it can also be caused by a underlying health consition too so I would see your doctor.

Infection is the cause of red itchy palms. This must be treated with antibiotics. Antiseptic creams or lotion can be used to reduce the itching. Wash your hands frequently with a good antiseptic soap.
