Well for one, it can be attributed to Lyme disease. Also, ticks can cause it too. You haven't been in the woods recently, have you?

Typically, a bulls eye rash is caused by the bite of a Lyme disease carrying deer tick. This rash has a red spot in the center, with a larger red area circling it. A circular rash, however, could also be ringworm. Ringworm is a fungal infection of the skin. Either condition requires medical attention, so you should seek medical attention.

The biggest cause of a bullseye rash is an early warning sign of Lyme disease. A spider bite can look like a bullseye rash also. Your best move would be to see a doctor because Lyme disease needs prompt treatment.

This is a telltale sign of lime disease. You may want to see a doctor as soon as possible to check for other symptoms.

This type of rash is caused by a bacteria which comes from ticks and is related to Lyme disease. It is a tick borne disease which comes from the Northern Hemisphere. I'm not sure of why it's called Bull's eye but it can look similar to ringworm which also has that round bull's eye shape.
