If treated early enough treatment is usually very successful. Treatment includes removal of tumors and cancerous tissues.

This is a cancer that usually attacks superficially and causes open sores on the facial area. this cancer is deadly so you should get your dog all the treatment necessarry and available to you. If the cancer is already quite advanced there may not be anything that can be done. You may speak to your vet about having him putdown
