It really isnt a good idea unless you are ready to take care of lots of babies. Rabbits get pregnant easily and it happens alot.

Introduce the male and female carefully. Sometimes they will fight if the female is not in season. Make sure you separate them after breeding.

If it is a buck, take it to the doe's area so that he doesn't become aggressive toward the doe. If it is a doe bring the buck to her.

You can mate your rabbits by simply putting a male and a female in the same pen. Although, I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a mating licence because it might not be safe.

Have a separate cage for the male and female (they'll keep breeding if you don't) The female needs a nesting box, and you'll need a separate cage for the babies too. Before mating have the rabbits checked so you make sure they're disease free. First you put the male in the females cage and he should go to mount her.
