It will take a while to be able to trust. You shouldn't feel there is anything wrong with you because they cheated on you. It is a character flaw on their part that caused them to cheat. Always remember, not everyone cheats in a relationship!

dating has its risks. You have to spend enough time with people you love and trust, until you're feeling confident enough to date again.

You have to concentrate on thoughts that make you feel better instead of bringing you down. How it is good that you found out what kind of person your partner was and think about how you deserve someone better. After a cheater It might be hard to trust again but you have to remember that not everyone acts the same.

When that happened to me I sought counseling and read self help books, which helped tremendously. Also surround yourself with good friends and family. They will help you through it.

Let out your pain. Try to find a friend or someone close to you to listen and lend you a shoulder to cry on. Take as long as you need to reflect on how better off you are now, and try to move on. You will find that special someone.

That if you truly are going to move forward, you have to forgive the person. If you can't, it will never work. It will be a tough for you, so you have to ask yourself, is the person worth it, and will they do it again.
