Speaking from personal experience this is a Chinese company with all of the faults and price point benefits of Chinese imports. Whether this is enough quality is a personal choice.

I can't tell you much about them because I've never heard of them but they sound shady because there are initials instead of names which makes it sound less prestigious. It may be a reliable place to get jewelry. Just walk in and see how much jewelry they have to sell.
