You are going to need to paint the entire fender but not the whole car. If you want it to match the aging on your existing finish you will also be charged for a blend to make it match better.

It depends on the size of the spot! If it is a ding you can go to the dealership with the paint code and get the proper color to match your paint. The paint comes in an applicator with a small brush, clean the spot well and use the applicator to apply a small amount to the ding.

You need to go to a auto paint store and have them match your paint. (Unless you already have the paint). Spot painting is really a complicated thing. It's usually better to paint the whole car. If you still are just spot painting, make sure you prepare the surface well-sanding, and priming fully.
