Rub cocoa butter on the scars, this will help make them fade. Neosporin can also be used to make them fade. The best way to make scars go away is by keeping them moist with oil based products.

Chicken pox scars are similar to acne scars. There are various products available over the counter that lessens the visible scarring from chicken pox. These products facilitate the breaking down and then proper healing of the affected area, as well as the overall lightening of the skin. The scars will fade over time naturally, but will never fully fade.

The basic answer is to exfoliate regularly, 2-3 times a week using either a soft store bought scrub, or a homemade sugar or salt scrub. You can also buy at home microdermabrasion kits.
