If a hamster is bleeding then there is very little that you can do to help it. You should clean the cage as good as possible to avoid any infections in their wounds. Beyond creating a safe environment for the wound, if you are still concerned, you will need to take it to a vet.

Take them to a vet who specializes in rodents and small pets immediately if you want to save their lives. Hamsters are so small that any blood loss is dangerous and indicative of serious problems.

First, get a clean towel and try to stop the bleeding while finding its source. Then take your hamster to a qualified exotics vet (who specialises in small animals) or veterinary emergency clinic.

Treatment for bleeding in hamsters would depend on where the hamster is bleeding from. See a vet for bleeding in your hamster.
