If the cat is young or old, it may have a congenital or neurological problem, or poisoning possibly ingested accidentally. May be having a toxic reaction to topical medication if sudden onset.

Any time your cat has symptoms that are not normal, it's a good idea to call your vet. A cat that can barely walk and has darting eyes, however, needs to see a vet immediately as it may have suffered some kind of neurological event. Take your cat to an emergency vet with these symptoms.

In many cases the cat could have gotten bitten by a venomous animal. The best thing to do is to take it to a vet. Let them examine them and if they truly have got venom inside then they would give the cat some IV to dilute the venom from his blood.

It sounds like your cat might have a serious disease or some kind of brain tumor. He should be seen by a vet.

Any animal that is having issues walking, should see a vet. The eyes darting back and forth could be a neurological issue.

If his eyes are darting bath and forth, I'd say he's probably blind. The walking issues could be related to this, or something else. Take him to the vet.
