Pregnancy works in three trimesters, each of which bring new joys, changes and challenges. Get a book like What to Expect When Your Expecting to help with these stages. Most importantly, eat healthy every day, drink water and stretch as much as you are able. Each day leads to the next, and a healthy lifestyle makes for an easier delivery.

Within the first few weeks, you will most likely notice a huge increase in your hunger (you're eating for two now!) You will also feel nauseous and very tired.

You can expect that pregnancy does have any normal or typical patterns aside from the fetus developing more and more! Some women get morning sickness, others get fatigue. Some get swollen feet, others don't. Even multiple pregnancies for one woman vary greatly. Some women experience their water breaking as a gush, others as a trickle, and the list goes on.

Each day your baby will grow a little more. You can expect a lot of changes in your body and mood for the next nine months. You will start to feel your baby move when you reach 4 months, or 16 weeks. A lot of people enjoy all the little changes that happen during pregnancy.
