The only way to lose the weight is to exercise and drink plenty of water. Drastic weight loss or gain is never healthy. Stay away from yo-yo dieting and integrate healthier lifestyle habits. Get plenty of sleep and avoid eating late at night. By doing this alone you will probably lose the ten pounds.

First, drink more water than usual. This will help to suppress your appetite somewhat and flush out your system. Second, switch to eating small amounts more often. Finally, moderate exercise a few times a week. Something as simple as doing sit-ups during TV commercials. Stick with it for a month or so and you will see good results.

Go back onto your diet. It is okay to have a binge everyone and then. It isn't something to be ashamed of. The thing to be ashamed of is abandoning your diet

Did you weigh yourself immediately after your binge? The added weight could actually be caused by a full belly. I find the best way to lose weight is exercise and a healthy diet. That means don't starve yourself or be so strict that you end up going on a binge. It's really unhealthy!

Drink a lot of water. Water will help you feel full and will help your body flush out any water you're retaining from salty snacks.

Just get back on the wagon. After a slip up on your track, you just have to jump back on and get your head in the game!

First cut out the things that made you gain the ten pounds. Sugar, Candy, Soda, French fries etc. Drink more water when you feel hungry, this usually makes you feel full and your desire to eat is gone. Eat more fruits and veg, with moderate servings of meat. Watch the pasta, rice and potatoes, they produce sugar. (carbs)

Do some exercising and limit your diet to healthy foods. This is a good trick especially after the holidays when you go to relatives and eat unhealthy amounts of food.

Exercise and modify your food intake. About 30 minutes of brisk walking every day is enough. And eat less fatty foods and more veggies!
