You may want to take her to the doctor to rule out a weak bladder or an infection. Those could cause her to lose control.

If there are no obvious emotional, traumatic, or physical conditions that can be attributed to the condition,it would be advisable to visit your pediatrician to evaluate possible bladder or neurological causes to her condition. You should also look at how much fluid she drinks and when she drinks fluids. Until then, it is not unreasonable to use absorbent underpants.

First, determine if there is a physical cause for the incontinence. Common issues can include diabetes, urinary tract infections and constipation. Visit a pediatrician first and ask for a referral to a urologist. If no issues are found, explore behavioral and emotional triggers. Be patient and develop a reward system.

Take her to the doctor. It's probably not her fault. She could suffer from overactive bladder or not be able to control her bladder at all. Bed wetting and pants peeing isn't all that uncommon. If she pees her pants at night you can get pull-up type pants for her.
