You can contact the high school you attended or the school district where you graduated. They have a records department that can provide a new, certified copy upon request, though you may have to pay for postage and the copy.

I don think you can obtain a diploma but your High school transcripts can be obtained through the high school you have attended. If that school is no longer open, you should contact the administration office of the school district. They usually keep copies in their archives. You can be able to call and request the transcript.

I imagine that you can go to or call the school district office! They must have old records! You could find the District office where you went to school online and email them!

As what i have experienced here in my country, I can just easily go to my school and request for a new diploma. Just fill up the form and pay.
