What can I do if I drove through standing water and now my car will not start?

Yesterday I drove through a deep section of driving water, it did not effect my car then but now it will not start.

This sounds like you have some components get wet that shouldn't have. You will have to look though the entire system looking for where water could have gotten in. Clean your battery terminals, open the distributor and blow out water etc... Check any open connector that could have gotten corroded by the water.

This is a wait and watch game. Just check if theres water in the spark plug, clean them dry or spray wd-40. I suggest you wait till water dries out.

You will need to have it checked out, you may have to hall it to the repair shop. There could be water in the engine or other places that caused it not to run anymore.

While you drove through the driving water, water was entered to the silencer but not to the engine. Water stored inside the silencer gradually flowed to the engine part.
