If there is another nursing sow, she will most likely adopt them. Otherwise you will have to handfeed every few hours. Get some Oxbow Critical Care and also take them to a qualified exotics vet for a checkup, care instructions and advice.

Feed equal amounts of evaporated milk and water using an eye dropper, every two hours until 5 days old, then every 4 hours for two weeks. Offer water soaked pellets

Purchase from Vet or pet store a milk replacement formula called Critical Care. Babies need to be fed every 1-2 hours with a syringe (approx. 1cc) Use pellet food and water to make milkshake consistency. Also baby food squash. Give the babies a little orange juice several times a day as they need vitamin C. Keep babies warm and clean.

Sorry they lost their mum - you will have to handfeed them critical care or pellet mash and syringe them water every few hours if there is no other nursing mum to adopt them. Speak to a vet who specialises in rodents about other measures you can take.
