Take it to the vet. In the meantime mix garlic powder in its food, this can neutralize the ph in your dog.

Treatment starts with controlling the fungus internally. You can use a probiotic / digestive enzyme. Using apple-cider vinegar or lemon juice in food or water is also helpful.

You need to see a vet and get a cream that will help with the infection. There's nothing you can do on your own, besides keep it clean.

Yeast infections are many times just a symptom of an underlying problem. In dogs,the main culprit almost always is allergies. I would first change the dog food. Look for one that has real meat as its first ingredient. Chicken or fish tend to create a better balance when combating allergies. Also add fatty acid supplements.
