If your dog is going in the house and it's a 'new' problem he may have an infection in the liver or bladder. You need to see a vet for that. If it's an 'I'm too excited' pee, try coming home from work and don't act too excited when you see the dog, let him out first then get excited.

You may want to try putting your dog on a strict feeding and pottying schedule. Take your dog out frequently and reward him/her upon success. You must keep a watch out for the potty signs such as sniffing around and act quicly to take them out.

Dogs can start to have bathroom problems when they get old of age or if things change around your house or if you move. Try taking her out more often.

First, check with a veterinarian to rule out any kidney or bladder problems. If those are functioning normally, try training him/her to use potty pads.
