Start brushing him everyday with a shedding tool such as the Furminator. Slowly switch him to a high quality food with omega oils to improve skin condition or use a dog supplement for skin and hair. Give him a bath will induce the shedding of loose hair all at once.

Unfortunately Husky's have an insulating coat under their main one and are known for being championship shedders. You'll need to invest in a shedding knife to get at that under layer and speed the process along. Setting up a grooming schedule can help immensely and cut down on your workload.

Huskies need to be groomed constantly. Usually they will shed most in fall, but if your house is hot,it may be more. Check his diet- it may be nutritional.

Most long haired dogs will shed in the Spring or Summer so don't be alarmed if it's quite a bit of hair. However, if your dogs hair is coming out in clumps and leaving bald spots call the Vet.

You will have to take the dog to the vet to see why the dog is shedding so bad, the vet can tell you how to fix it.
