What can I do about my 1992 Harley that won't charge? Is there a relay?
The Stator puts out 25-30 volts but the voltage regulator doesn't put out anything to the battery. I replaced the regulator and the battery, but still nothing. The bike has 3 good fuses; all connections and grounds are good.
