Uncured Great Stuff is soluble in acetone. If you can get to a bottle of nail polish remover before it hardens, that should get it off.

Wd-40 works great. If you'd rather not put WD-40 on your skin baby oil works well too. I would recommend taking a hot shower or bath and then apply either and reshower to rinse off.

Well if you want it completely out use a foaming cleanser. If that doesn't work, exfoliate with sugar beads to get rid of it.

You can clean that up with a little bit of alcohol or, if you do not have any at hand, you may use paint dilution.

Great Stuff is alcohol soluble. The best thing the use is ispoproyl alcohol or nail polish remover. Drinking alcohol may work, but is a big waste of money. It may take a few rinses. Water and soap will just make the Great Stuff sticky and gooey and make your hands stick together, or worse.

I use engine degreaser to get the foam spray off my hands. It cuts through it in a timely manner and leaves my hands smelling citrus fresh. I follow up with a moisterizing lotion to keep my skin soft.

Use lots of pumice-soap, warm to hot water, and scrubbing (with a plastic-bristle-brush or a pumice-stone) to remove Great-Stuff-spray-foam (insulation) from your-skin. It can take a few-days. Petroleum-jelly or vegetable-oil can be used to soothe your-skin. Some organic-solvents (like acetone/nail-polish-remover) can dissolve uncured-foam, but unfortunately they are more-HARMFUL to your-skin.
