If it is a nest of wild rabbits, the mother is rarely around and probably has not abandoned them. For domestic rabbits, a box with a warm towel that is draft free and feeding them kitten formula with an eyedropper is the best option, introducing rabbit food and water as soon as possible.

You can feed them goats milk twice daily and stimulate them to urinate and defecate- basically everything the mother does. Instructions can be found online.

If these babies are wild please leave them alone. Rabbit mothers will only feed their babies for five to ten minutes one or twice a day. More than likely she is still taking care of them.
