One common solution is to soak the sore feet two or three times a day in a solution of warm Epson Salts. You can then clean the cuts with betadine iodine solution or 3% hydrogen peroxide and apply Neosporin ointment to them. See a vet for oral meds if needed.

You should first clean the infected area with soap and water once the area is nicely cleaned you should apply an ointment such as neosporin on the infected area. You can also use a medication made for dogs and other animals, as neosporin may not be safe for pets if they may lick it off.

First I would recomend that you take your pet to the vet so that an antibiotic can be given. There is a cream called bag balm that can be put on the paw, I would also keep the paws covered when going outside depending on severity of the cut, getting dirt and such in the wound will cause more irritability.

You can have your vet prescribe an antibiotic as well as a cream to put on the cuts but the most important thing it to find out why your dog is getting cuts and keep them clean and dry till they heal. Some dogs may require a buster collar to keep them from licking the cuts

Well, the most inexpensive method that's effective at the same time is hydrogen peroxide. Antibiotics are what's usually prescribed for infections, but make sure to consult with your vet before choosing an antibiotic as the ones distributed by the drug companies can be dangerous if misused. Also, if using antibiotics be sure to find a way to replace good bacteria.

Take your dog to the vet for some oral and/or topical antibiotics. You may also soak it in diluted Epsom salt water twice daily to keep the wound clean.

You can try soaking and cleaning his paw in Epsom salt water several times a day. Applying Neosporin can help but make sure he does not lick it off.
