You should get some lotion or some moisturizer for your skin and put it on at night time. Make sure that you are washing your face good with soap and water.

You will need to use a good, moisturizing eye cream on your eyes. That should help clear it up. Use the cream twice a day. You should also stay away from using cosmetics on your eyes while you are waiting for it to clear up. Stay away from eye shadows, mascara, etc.

A lot of times psoriasis or eczema is the cause of eyelid dryness. Contact dermatitis can also be the culprit. After a doctor discovers the cause, he will usually recommend the use of a steroid cream.

This is a place that eczema loves to appear! I know a few people with it in the same place. I would go to a local convenient store and purchase hydrocortizone cream 2.5% and each day when you get out of the shower rub the cream on your eyelids. Give it a few days and it will clear.

Because this is a very sensitive skin area, you'll want to use a natural,non-chemical,form of moisturizer. Usually extra virgin olive oil is your best bet because it's all natural and there are no harsh chemicals in it. Pat lightly to the dry area, don't rub into skin.
