TAG Heuer, in business 150 years, has diamond watches, between 13 and 73 diamonds in them, depending on style. Some have diamonds just on the dial and others on the dial and the bezel around the face. They are for younger women, but if more mature is desired, try Chopard Imperale collection, with diamonds around the face.

I know of a Swiss brand named DEDIA, which manufactures men's watches make a few watches with diamonds in them.
