There are many spooky creations that are going on in Disney world like haunted houses, goblins, fun houses, and creepy clown's wondering around. There is nightly trick or treating that goes on in the evenings.

Yes, there is a "Haunted Mansion" attraction year round. Yes, there is Trick-or-Treating on select nights when Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Parties are held. No, there have never been any goblins, fun houses (unless you consider "Swiss Family Tree House" a funhouse), or clowns wandering around (creepy or otherwise).  add a comment

Disney holds a special after-hours, ticketed event at the Magic Kingdom called "Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party". Guests may dress in costume and trick-or-treat around the park. Special events and fireworks show are part of the festivities. Tickets must be reserved in advance.

October is a great time to visit Disney, and here are a few ideas for your trip. The Haunted House is a must as well as Pirates of the Caribbean. Don't forget Space Mountain and the fireworks, sure to make your trip even more spectacular.

Mickeys not so scary Halloween party is a great way to celebrate Halloween with all the disney characters. It occurs in the evening in September, October and November first and requires a special ticket to attend. Guests can dress up in costume and trick or treat throughout the Magic Kingdom. There is also a Halloween parade and fireworks.

Usually in October, Disney World has many Halloween activities and all of the characters get dressed up for the event and have different parties and halloween events for the month of October. Take your costume, so that you can part with the characters. Different haunted houses are there too, and they are so much fun.

Walt Disney World has a recurring event called "Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party". This event runs from September to very early November. The event includes special parades, decorations and firework displays. There is a separate cost. Other Disney sites, such as Downtown Disney may hold separate events.
