What are the unemployment rates in RI?

The unemployment rate in RI is 12.9% The third highest unemployment rating. For another couple of months the unemployment problem will be there. It will take time to settle down. Job seekers are more in Michigan, RI and almost 43 states in USA. Unemployment is high in the west. It is really pathetic to see people without job.

It looks as though they are down on their unemployment rates right now, which from looking at different web pages I seem to find 12.9% down.
