Probably the most common symptoms is an irregularly shaped mole - look for jagged edges, large size, and a bumpy surface. See your doctor if you have a suspicious mole.

Any abnormal and rapid growth on your skin can be a suspect for skin cancer. It could be A red lump or a mole that is bothersome, crusty bleeding red patches sometimes oozing sticky liquid that doesn't heal, rough skin with scales that are red or brown, just any real abnormal finding.
