An acronym that refers to the weaker (on someone's scale) countries of pain, Turkey, UK, Portgual, Italy and Dubai that are expected to implode from their debt. It was an acronym created after PIIGS (Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Greece and Spain) was created to refer to weak European countries.

The term STUPIDs is an acronym that comes from the countries Spain, Turkey, UK, Portugal, Italy and Dubai and refers to an index (based on CDs)that has been described as a "countdown" to their sovereign debt implosion.
