You can replace your social security card by printing an application at their website or by picking one up at your local social security office. You must also provide other identification such as a birth certificate or driver's license. It will be mailed to you in a few days.

go to the social security office. Fill out the appropriate form. Show proof of identity. This can be either a drivers license or passport or both. You will then need to give them your address and wait several days or weeks.

You have to go to your local Social Security office and show them your picture ID and fill out a form. Your replacement card will arrive via US Mail in a week or two.

First, go to socialsecurity.gov and click on "Requesting a Social Security Card." You will then be taken to a page where you can fill-out an application for a replacement card. Fill it out and either take it to your nearest Social Security office or you can mail it to them.

You need to find 2 forms of ID and bring them to the county office during their hours of business. Then you need to request a new one and pay whatever fee there is associated with it.
