Aside from the possibility of pregnancy from unprotected sex, you will find that your periods become heavier. This is relative, because periods tend to be lighter while on the pill, so what you'd see after quitting is a "normal" flow. You may also find you'll have an easier time losing weight, as some women gain weight on the pill.

Usually you might have acne, you will probably have bleeding before your period with varying flows till your hormones are regulated or no period at all for 3 months.

Pregnancy, for starters! It should take your body a cycle or two to adjust to the change in hormones. This all depends on what type of pill you were taking. Expect exaggerated PMS symtpoms; bloating, irritability, headaches and breast tenderness.

It may take several weeks for your body to readjust to it normal cycle once you are no longer being on the pill, especially if you were on it for many years. A healthy diet and exercise can help return your body to its natural cycle more easily.
